“I do not come from a network strategy function; I bring the view of the launch and transfer insider who has lived the decisions network strategy models: where to make a product, at what scale, when to invest and when to move it. […] I have led technology transfer as receiving site […] and as sending unit […]. Today, as Director PMO, in the role of Site Transition Lead, I lead the end of manufacturing and the transfer of product ownership at our Bern site, so I have seen consolidation and retirement from the inside.”

“The role matches what I have done in recent years: bringing products through transfer, validation and launch readiness, and running the governance around it. […] To be transparent: my transfer experience is mainly from the sending side and from development to commercial partners; I have not run a portfolio of NPIs as the receiving manufacturing site, and I have no capital-project lead role. My French is advanced: I have held a full job interview in French.”
